There was a bug in Extreme Auto Report Service previously. If you have to set an "End Date" of any of your scheduled task, the process will fail and following error will be logged.
*** Index and length must refer to a location within the string.
It is fixed and tested today in IGLO Malaysia and IGLO Guangzhou.
